2021 Summer Sessions

School Closed On:

Registration fees

Summer 2021 Registration Fee: $25.00
2021–22 School Year Registration Fee: $60.00

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Attendance requirements:

Elementary: 3 day minimum
Pre-K (Combination: On Campus & Virtual Learning): 3 day minimum
Pre-K/Pre-K Plus (Virtual Learning only): 4 day requirement

Fees:

On Campus Learning (for both Pre-K and Elementary): $22/day
Pre-K (Combination: On Campus & Virtual Learning): $22/day on campus; $12/day virtual.

Virtual Learning Only

Pre-K: $48/week (4-day attendance is mandatory)
Elementary: $18/day (3-day attendance minimum)

Payment Requirements:

Due Weekly (every Monday)
Payments methods accepted: Cash App, Apple Pay, and/or Zelle.

Missed classes:

Payment is required for each class whether the child attends or not. Make up classes (when possible) will be via Zoom unless otherwise discussed.

Cancelled Classes:

A make-up day will be offered; if a make-up day cannot be agreed upon you are entitled to a refund.

Snow Days:

Default to Google Classroom (Virtual Classes) (Tuition will be adjusted accordingly)

Notice of change:

If at any time I wish for my child to decrease the number of days a week they attend, or if I would like to discontinue my child's enrollment, a two week paid notice is required.

School closing:

If the school must close again due to a local or world event we will automatically default to Google Classroom. Google Classroom prices will go into effect immediately. If you wish, at that time, to discontinue school you will need to fulfill the two week paid notice. This is for children 2 years of age and older.

Snacks:

You are responsible for providing a healthy snack and a drink in a lunch box each day. Please sanitize lunch box each day.

No products containing peanuts.

Backpacks and totes:

Please provide one of these for you child for taking home papers and projects. Please launder regularly.

Cubbies:

Please provide a complete change of clothes including socks, a mask, and diapers or pull-ups if needed. Please update clothes in cubby to fit the season and your growing child.

Books:

You are responsible for the fees for your child’s school books.

Supplies:

Personal containers with pencils, crayons and/or color pencils, pastels, need to be provided by parents. Your child’s name needs to be printed on them. Elementary students will need a tablet or laptop with Epic, Raz-Kids, and the Xtramath apps on them and headphones.

On Campus Class times:

Class begins promptly at 9:00 AM and prompt pick-up at 12:15–30 PM is required. There will be a late fee of $5 per child for pick up after 5 minutes late. This will be due with your following tuition payment.

Health & Safety:

Temperatures will be taken upon arrival and again at snack time. If your child presents with any symptoms of coughing, sneezing, or a temperature they will have to put on a mask and be picked up promptly. If your child has been ill, they must be fever free for 24 hour after having a virus and 48 hours after having the flu before resuming attending physical school. If your child or family has been exposed to COVID-19 then they will not be permitted to attend physical school for 14 days from date of exposure. Please default to Google Classroom school during this time.
