Registration fees

Summer 2022 Registration Fee: $25.00
2023–24 School Year Registration Fee: $75.00

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Attendance requirements:

Summer Session: 3-day mandatory
School Year: 4-day mandatory

Fees:

On Campus Learning (for both Pre-K and Elementary): $23/day
Pre-K (Combination: On Campus & Virtual Learning): $23/day on campus; $12/day virtual.
Pre-K Plus (Combination: On Campus & Virtual Learning): $23/day on campus; $15/day virtual.
K–8 (Combination: On Campus & Virtual Learning): $23/day on campus; $18/day virtual.

Virtual Learning Only (Summer)

Pre-K: $36/week (3-day attendance is mandatory)
Pre-K Plus: $45/week (3-day attendance is mandatory)
K–8: $54/week (3-day attendance mandatory)

Virtual Learning Only (School Year)

Pre-K: $48/week (4-day attendance is mandatory)
Pre-K Plus: $60/week (4-day attendance is mandatory)
K–8: $72/week (4-day attendance mandatory)

Payment Requirements:

Payment is required for each class whether the child attends or not.
Due Weekly (every Monday)
Payment methods accepted: Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle.

Missed classes:

Payment is required for each class whether the child attends or not.

Cancelled Classes:

If a class is cancelled, you will be refunded.

Snow Days:

Default to Google Classroom (Virtual Classes) (Tuition will be adjusted accordingly)

Notice of change:

If at any time you discontinue a child’s enrollment, a three week paid notice is required.

School closing:

If the school must close again due to a local or world event we will automatically default to Google Classroom. Google Classroom prices will go into effect immediately. If at that time you wish to discontinue school, you will need to fulfill the two week paid notice.

Snacks:

You are responsible for providing a healthy snack and a drink in a lunch box each day.

No products containing peanuts.

Backpacks and totes:

Please provide a backpack for you child for taking home papers and projects and a lunchbox for their snack. Their names should be written clearly on both. Please make sure that the drink container that they are sent with is a non-spill container.

Cubbies:

Please provide a complete change of clothes including socks, a mask, and diapers or pull-ups if needed. Please update clothes in cubby to fit the season and your growing child.

Books:

Miss Kim’s Educational Center provides book recommendations for each child’s academic needs. You are responsible for purchasing and ordering your child’s school books. Please ensure your child’s name is written on their books.

Supplies:

Personal containers with pencils, crayons and/or color pencils, pastels, need to be provided by parents. Your child’s name needs to be printed on them. All students from Kindergarten to 8th grade will need a tablet or laptop Raz-Kids, Xtramath, Google Classroom, and Google Meet on them, and headphones. 

On Campus Class times:

Class begins promptly at 9:00 AM. Drop off is at 8:45 and prompt pick-up at your designated time is required. There will be a late fee of $5 per child for pick up after 5 minutes late. This will be due with your following tuition payment. 

Health & Safety:

Temperatures will be taken upon arrival. If your child presents with any symptoms of coughing, sneezing, or a temperature they will have to put on a mask and be picked up promptly. If your child has been ill, they must be fever free for 72 hours before resuming attending physical school. If your child or family has been exposed to COVID-19 then they will not be permitted to attend physical school for 10 days from date of exposure. Please default to Google Classroom school during this time.
